Terms & Conditions for ppee

By accessing, registering on, or using any product or service offered by ppee at ppee.io (the "Platform"), you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account and registered players who access betting, casino, slot, and crash game products. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ppee reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending the completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Winnings accrued on an unverified account will not be released until verification is complete.

Each individual may hold one registered account only on the ppee platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held in them.

During registration you are required to provide:

• A valid email address that you own and control.

All transactions on the ppee platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported:

Nothing in these Terms limits ppee's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ppee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ppee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ppee's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in ppee's operating jurisdiction.

For disputes related to specific bets or game outcomes, players must first submit a formal complaint to ppee support. ppee will investigate and respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. If a player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal investigation, they may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution channels made available by ppee's licensing authority.
